About Your Teacher

I've been teaching yoga for over 20 years - working with thousands of students in real, everyday situations.

Not retreat bubbles. Not ideal conditions. Real life.

Over time, I started to notice a pattern.

People weren't struggling because they were doing something wrong.

They were struggling because they didn't understand what was happening as it was happening.

And most of what's taught around the nervous system doesn't help in that moment.

It either oversimplifies it, or overcomplicates it.

Hearing people I loved say 'I'm too much', 'why do I overreact', 'why am I always angry' - led me to neuroscience and psychology, because it seemed to me that we were treating the symptom. Not the cause. I wanted to know, what was happening beneath the reactions.

I have developed this into a wider body of work called ChakrologyĀ®ļø, which explores how we understand ourselves through both ancient and modern lenses.

This course draws from that work - translated into something simple, clear, and usable in real life.
